Tasks for Diver jobs in Cape Town:
Help us discover brilliant drivers and bring them onboard to our routes across the region and the country. Similarly, take care of everything from finding the right people to talking with them, verifying their licenses and references, and settling them into the job. Work together with our team to ensure we have the right drivers at the right place at the right time. Ensure that all the steps of hiring and onboarding strictly comply with our company’s standards and RTMS rules. Keep accurate and organised records of our driver and the progress obtained from hiring. Support newcomers as they enter – make them feel welcome and equipped for a role. Build up a very good number of amazing drivers we can call on when we need them in the future.
​Requirements :
Must have 3+ years of experience. Understanding the Traffic role and labour law in South Africa requires strong Communication Skills, the ability to Travel When required, and multilingual (English and South African languages). Must have a Valid Driver’s License
